Meet Our Graduates

Talent

Social, political, economic and demographic change is radically transforming the world of work and the way organisations operate – and that process continues to gather pace.

We help our clients meet the many challenges this presents, providing the strategic advice and guidance they need to manage, reward and engage their people effectively and efficiently. By doing so, we make it possible for them to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and to maximise their performance and growth. To this end, our teams offer high-impact strategic advice and deep technical insights to all kinds of clients on the creation and implementation of reward strategies and structures that engage employees, enhance HR effectiveness and drive business results.

As a Talent Analyst, you’ll undertake research and analysis into issues affecting business profitability, focusing largely on compensation (salaries, incentives, benefits) and performance (sales, profits, returns, market value). On a broader level, you may also get involved in employee engagement and performance issues. Your numerical analysis will help you develop solutions to the issues that affect your client’s business.

You’ll study towards the MSc in Human Resource Management, enabling you to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. It takes two and a half years to complete and encompasses core HR practitioner standards. These range from leadership management, resourcing and reward to leading and managing change and considering the international context.

"Mercer allows you to shape your own career and no two days are the same here."
