As a Talent Analyst, you’ll undertake research and analysis into issues affecting business profitability, focusing largely on compensation (salaries, incentives, benefits) and performance (sales, profits, returns, market value). On a broader level, you may also get involved in employee engagement and performance issues. Your numerical analysis will help you develop solutions to the issues that affect your client’s business.
You’ll study towards the MSc in Human Resource Management, enabling you to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. It takes two and a half years to complete and encompasses core HR practitioner standards. These range from leadership management, resourcing and reward to leading and managing change and considering the international context.
